• Monitor and supervise all the activities of the commercial department.
• Responsible for managing all commercial activities like issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/ correction, shipment, payment realization, payment release etc.
• Monitoring documentation with customs & as per L/C requirements also ensures the document’s proper submission.
• Hand over the shipping document, L/C, and related documents and monitor the status of custom assessment, Port & Agent charge for clearing the merchandise.
• Supervise all imports & exports through C&F agents & freight forwarders.
• Liaison with Banks, Bond Customs, EPB, BGMEA, VAT office, and all other required offices, Export section, Import section, Customs section, Bank section, and Audit section.
• Co-operates with suppliers (Local & Foreign) for shipment schedule and timely shipment-related information.
• Responsible for preparing & submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the management / Superior for necessary action.
• Responsible for giving a good account and proving to be equal to your responsibility. Work with quite efficient, trustworthy, committed, and dedicated.
• Bond management with sound knowledge of H.S Code, SRO, etc.
• Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
