ERP platform, Ms world, Excel etc

1. Daily Operations: Oversee daily transport operations, including heavy cargo, prime mover, containerized trailers, and general cargo, utilizing a mixed model of company-owned and outsourced vehicles.

2. Dispatch & Routing: Supervise dispatchers and planners to optimize routes, scheduling, and driver utilization to meet strict customer delivery timelines.

3. Asset Management: Manage the maintenance, inspection, and compliance of a diverse fleet, including prime movers, flatbeds, and special cargo equipment.

4. Vehicle Performance: Monitor fuel consumption, driver behavior, and vehicle tracking systems to improve operational efficiency. 

5. Preventative Maintenance: Oversee workshop and vendor relationships to maintain repair schedules, ensuring vehicles are safe and compliant with BRTA regulations.

6. Health & Safety: Enforce safety protocols, including near-miss reporting, driver safety trainings, and accident investigation.

7. Compliance & Licensing: Ensure all vehicles, drivers, and trailers have up-to-date documentation, permits, and licensees.

8. Cost Control & Budgeting: Manage operational budgets, analyze fuel and maintenance expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

9. Client Relations: Act as a key point of contact for major clients, negotiating service agreements and responding to complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
