Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Training/ Trade Course: customs documentation & Marketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be well conversant & practical Experienced in commercial export, import documents making for a accessories factory (Transferring L/C, commercial invoice, packing list, Payment planning L/C marking),
∎ Should be well conversant on Documentation & Customs.
∎ Candidate should Perform to the regulatory formalities (Bank insurance/ Customs) relating to export & Import.
∎ Well communication skill of negotiate with Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarder.
∎ Maintain cooperation with C&F agent, Submit documents to C&F agent as well as customs department to ensure the smooth clearance of consignments.
∎ Candidate must have the practical working experience in the area of BTB, L/C & collect PRC from Bank, documentation for getting payment in Bank from LC/SC and perform Annual customs audit.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act, export policy bond formalities and other related laws applicable for export & Import as well as all banking terms and documentations.
∎ Have to make close communication with lien Banks for export/Import documentation & for realization of LC payment.
∎ Communicate with local & foreign suppliers to purchase raw Materials relevant accessories
∎ Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality.
∎ Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities.
∎ Implement supplier lists, price lists, conduct price controls, market research and consolidate orders.
∎ Having sound knowledge on modern supply chain management.
∎ Receive new items from sourcing and send the samples or documents to Head office or supplier as required.
∎ Receive information from warehouse on stock position and ensure delivery as per demand date
∎ Verify received items by comparing the purchase order.
∎ Follow up the supplier for ensuring delivery on time.
∎ Communicating with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affecting production.
∎ Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement.
∎ Document, Track and Maintain a database of all orders updated and disseminate periodic reports.
∎ Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
