∎ Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com)

∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with Bank, C&F, Supplier, Audit firm, Board of investment and chief controller of import & export (CCI &E) regarding custom formalities.
∎ Receive documents (Invoice, Packing List, purchase Contract) from Documentation Team and check consistence of the data (HS Code, receive any kind of certificate, NOC. Destination, Port of Delivery, Port of Discharge, quantity, pieces, item/description/detail description.)
∎ Fully responsible for opening L/C, TT, Banking account Operation, Bank Guarantee, Performance Guarantee documentations etc.
∎ Ensure preparation of Bill of Entry for forwarding relevant document to C&F for custom clearance.
∎ Ensure handling over relevant documents to operations of transportation of goods and material to and from ports.
∎ Obtain and renewal of all licenses (e.g. ERC, IRC, Trade License, TIN, BIN, EPB, Environment, BERC, Factory, Fire & other licenses) and other related licenses form licensing authority
∎ Sorting documents as per Supplier and country of destination.
∎ Checking TT existing balance to match upcoming invoice/EXP value for adjustment and cross check with concerned bank for more accuracy.
∎ Submit & collect BL, GSP to Forwarder office & EPB.
∎ Keep all import docs record for yearly customs audit and all export docs scan for sales report.
∎ Practical experience to communicate local / overseas forwarder / shipping line.
∎ Confirm the payment and get the document released from the Bank for clearing goods.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

∎ Skills Required: Leadership and Good Communication skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments and Industry.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
