Educational Requirements:
∎ Incumbents should have Bachelor's/Master's degree in Criminology, Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate and execute the debt recovery process for overdue accounts, delinquent payments, and outstanding dues from customers and individual
∎ Investigate and analyze the facts behind investments that have become risky or may potentially become problematic
∎ Research and due diligence to understand the underlying reasons for increased credit risk and identify potential warning signs of potential defaults
∎ Communicate with debtors to negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements
∎ Evaluate debtors' financial situations and propose realistic repayment options
∎ Liaise with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders in a professional manner to encourage timely payments and address any concerns related to debt recovery
∎ Prepare regular reports on the status of outstanding debts, recovery efforts, and success rates. Present the reports to the management team
∎ Ensure all credit recovery activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
∎ Provide excellent customer service to debtors, guiding them through the recovery process, and answering any queries they may have
∎ Collect and Recover cash from client
∎ Writing final notice warning to customers and assist Recovery & Legal department for reminder when payments are not being made
∎ Handle customers' questions or complaints
∎ Maintain Daily reports & provide all information to team leader
∎ Maintain & ensure reconciliation of party ledger
∎ MIS Review - All the recovery related information to be reviewed and analyzed which will help manage the portfolio of the customer
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Leadership and Good Communication skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Credit Collection, Credit Control and Recovery, Credit Recovery, Credit Risk Management.
∎ Priority for females.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
