Import Commercial, LC
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & maintain all LC file opening.
∎ Prepare Invoice, Shipment clearance etc. and follow up time to time.
∎ Check all Import document and distribute.
∎ Maintain all Import file & registers.
∎ Corresponds with insurance company for LC opening.
∎ Follow up & checking LC and give final consent to supplier after taking approval by the Management.
∎ Manage, coordinate, and monitor LC related works.
∎ Examining and finalizing the C&F agency's supplied demand for duties, taxes, port fees, agent fees, and other payments.
∎ Maintaining a record of LC files and costing, as well as finalizing C&F agents' bills and insurance premium bills.
∎ Coordinate with different government regulatory agencies.
∎ Responsible to complete all Import clearance, customs, and documentation successfully, allowing the goods to be delivered on schedule. If there was any damage caused by the sea or fire, file a claim.
∎ Present shipping documents to respective custom offices or other offices.
∎ Check & verify original documents such as Invoice, Packing List etc.
∎ Ensure that all import logistical activities are completed in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare monthly LC statement.
∎ Any other assignments as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Candidates with having significant experience in Real Estate industry will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
