Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation / Masters in any discipline from reported university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, maintain & ensure company security system/ SOP.
∎ Identify probable security threat & risk in each establishment.
∎ Assess security personnel requirement for projects/ sites/ premises in considering local threat and risk.
∎ Responsible for regular visit to projects, sites, and office premises to ensure smooth operations of security system.
∎ Coordinate security personnel recruitment.
∎ Arrange required trainings to the security personnel and take necessary initiative to improve their efficiency.
∎ Review and Monitor performance of security personnel.
∎ Ensure logistics support of the security personnel.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Must have good knowledge on Security management.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must.

Salary: Negotiable
