∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Candidates will get preference from public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular project visit on overall project status and prepare reports, and follow-up regularly.
∎ Ensure Quality of construction works as per SOP and quality of materials as per standard field test and as well laboratory test.
∎ Ensure safety-security compliance of project construction works and regular monitor and development of project safety-security.
∎ Detail reports on visit the finishing projects and prepare observation reports and assessment of the project prior to project handover with zero-defect.
∎ Steps to control and monitor wastage and do necessary recommendation.
∎ Periodically development of QC checklist with modern and east concept.
∎ Check bill and notes on quality aspects and do necessary reporting.
∎ Take initiative to do meeting program to develop of Project Engineer in Quality & Compliance aspects and do regular monitoring.

∎ Age at most 30 years
