∎ Minimum bachelor/ Masters in Marketing or Pharmacy
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Hospital Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hospital Marketing, Pharamceutical Marlketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing all sales and marketing for the company and activities within the marketing and sales department.
∎ Hiring a good number of consultants will be his/her prime duty as per hospital requirements.
∎ Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
∎ Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
∎ Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
∎ Manage & Monitor team members
∎ Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
∎ Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
∎ Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
∎ Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
∎ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
∎ Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
∎ Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
∎ Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
∎ Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
∎ Establishing and maintaining a good relationships with consultants, corporate clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical and project management skills.
∎ Confident and dynamic personality.
∎ Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Ability to think creatively and innovatively
∎ Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
∎ Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies.
∎ Fluency in both English & Bangla writing and speaking.
Salary: Negotiable
