Responsibilities & Context:

We are an organization built on trust and commitment, operating two growing business wings:

  • Shopnochura Student Consultancy – specializing in international student admission and visa processing.
  • Visit Visa & Air Ticketing Company – providing A to Z visit visa, air ticketing, and travel documentation services.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Business Development to lead both operations, build partnerships, and ensure overall business growth. The selected person will directly report to the CEO/Managing Director.

“The selected candidate will work for both Shopnochura Student Consultancy and our newly established Visit Visa & Air Ticketing Wing.”

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies for both divisions.
  • Set and achieve monthly and annual targets for student enrollment, visa processing, and ticketing sales.
  • Identify new markets, countries, and services for expansion.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with international universities, institutes, and travel partners.
  • Negotiate agency agreements, MoUs, and commission structures.
  • Supervise digital and offline marketing activities to generate leads and conversions.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve company objectives.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the two business divisions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure professional service delivery.
  • Prepare business reports and assist management in pricing and growth decisions.
