Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take lead role in background & preparatory activities for tender submission for acquisition of donor funded & public-sector projects e.g., Health, Environment, Rural and Urban Development, Education, Agriculture, Institutional Capacity, infrastructure, renewable energy, SME, Labor and Employment etc.
∎ Preparation and submission of EoIs to agencies like WB, ADB, JICA, KfW, DFID, USAID, UN agencies and others bilateral donors and public-sector entities;
∎ Provide substantial technical inputs and organize tender preparation with functional focus sectors like: Health, Environment, Rural and Urban Development, Education, Agriculture, Institutional Capacity, Infrastructure, Labor and Employment, etc.
∎ Preparation of the whole bid process including organizing and selecting team of consultants; methodology and work plan, activity schedule and budgetary issues;
∎ Project management and backstopping of ongoing projects;
∎ Establish effective communication with Client, Donor Experts and Stakeholders;
∎ Identification of project opportunities within the focus area in South, Central and South-East Asian region including Bangladesh;
∎ Tracking emerging opportunities in the ADB CMS, eConsult system of WB and in other bilateral and multilateral systems;
∎ Provide technical input for Project Preparation and Technical Assistance (PPTA), feasibility/Study, M&E, planning, implementation and capacity building of focused projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years professional experience in the areas of management consultancy, concurrent development issues, persuasive growth modality, profound project management background, and socio-economic aspects etc.
∎ The candidate should have strong written and spoken English and Bangla and good time management skills.
∎ Very good internet-based correspondence and information management skills.
∎ Experiences with M&E would be an advantage.
∎ Experience of working with INGOs and donors
