Job Context:
∎ Manager - Business Development(Pre-Engineered Steel Building Manufacturer) MARN Steel Structure Ltd

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect inquiries and dealing with potential clients.
∎ Preparing preliminary drawing by using cad software.
∎ Estimation of building by using estimation software.
∎ Preparing final technical proposal for clients.
∎ Technical support to the valued client's
∎ Visiting project site & taking preliminary planning for project
∎ Total project supervision until handover
∎ Preparation of full project schedule.
∎ Inter-departmental coordination
∎ Regular follow-up the project time schedule.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-7 years working experience in Business Development.
∎ Proven work experience and track recording Business Development.
∎ Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
∎ Candidate having entrepreneurial and innovative mentality.
∎ He / She should have unique personality with self-recognizer in the business environment.
∎ Having knowledge about organizational behavior, Individual perception, attitude and motivation that might have filled best expectation for the company.
