∎ Proven and strong relationship with organizations like PWD, MES, LGED, DGDP, BWTC, Department of architect or any other government organization and agencies.
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in similar role.
∎ Strong network and understanding of government processes, procedures and regulatory frameworks.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve company’s objectives.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders of PWD, MES, LGED, DGDP, BWTC, Department of architect or any other government organization and agencies to promote our brand that is aligned with our business interests.
∎ Monitor legislative and regulatory developments that may impact our company and advise top management on potential risks and opportunities.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for different government agencies, designated officials and regulatory bodies.
∎ Develop communication materials, like presentations and speeches to effectively communicate our positions and initiatives to external audiences.
∎ Execute comprehensive engagement strategies to support business objectives, positioning and promoting brand.
∎ Enhance our reputation within the community aligning with company’s objective.
