Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with the BMET, BAIRA, Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment, and Department of Immigration & Passports.
∎ Actively seek out sales opportunities by exploring new markets, conducting planned sales calls and networking among the related stakeholders.
∎ Conduct extensive research about a market and formulate a strategy for management approval.
∎ Conduct market survey and data collection, analyze competitors’ price and sales policies and submit these reports to the management when required.
∎ Identify the sources including universities, colleges, polytechnics, vocational institutes and other sources maintain a sustainable relationship with a view to ensure a constant supply of competent human resources.
∎ Interviewing candidates for job openings and conducting background checks.
∎ Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. Labour Law).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Knowledge of labor regulation.
∎ Good communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Strong decision making skill.
∎ Strong Networking Skill.
∎ Should be capable to lead sales team with leadership quality.
∎ Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
∎ Time management skills to work flexibly as and when required.
∎ Proficiency in project management, budgeting and campaign management.
∎ Willingness to travel anywhere within the country.
