Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaison with the BMET, BAIRA, Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment and Department of Immigration & Passports.
∎ Prepare different reports (daily, monthly, yearly) on sales performance and timely reporting to the supervisor.
∎ Identify the sources including universities, colleges, polytechnics, vocational institutes and other sources maintain a sustainable relationship with a view to ensure a constant supply of competent human resources.
∎ Answer client queries and solve them.
∎ Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
∎ Process endorsement documentation work.
∎ Maintaining internal and external communication.
∎ Develop and maintain a data bank of potential clients.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Knowledge of labor regulation.
∎ Good communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Strong Networking Skills.
∎ Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure as part of a team.
∎ Time management skills to work flexibly as and when required.
∎ Willingness to travel anywhere within the country.
