Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities – Manager (Branding, Promotion & Digital Marketing)

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other online platforms.

  • Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.

  • Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) with content planning, posting, and audience engagement.

  • Create, optimize, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Display Ads).

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to refine marketing strategies.

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and prepare performance reports.

  • Manage website updates, landing pages, and ensure user-friendly digital experience.

  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and copy.

  • Monitor trends in digital marketing and apply new tools, techniques, and best practices.

  • Manage email marketing campaigns including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and communications.

  • Support lead generation efforts and assist the sales team with marketing materials.
