Job Context:
∎ Looking for ADNOC/Lubricant Business in Bangladesh.
∎ ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) operate across the entire hydrocarbon/Lube value chain, through a network of fully integrated businesses, with interests that range from exploration, production, storage, refining and distribution, to the development of a wide range of petrochemical products. For over 46 years, ADNOC have played an integral role in Abu Dhabi`s economic development, managing, producing and preserving the Emirate`s hydrocarbon/petroleum reserves on behalf of the Abu Dhabi Government.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making and implementing an annual marketing plan to achieve growth of market share.
∎ Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified.
∎ Develop effective product positioning in the market.
∎ Launch and oversee advertising and media planning.
∎ Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products.
∎ Creative idea generating and presenting to the management.
∎ Brand Messaging elevator, speech, tagline, campaign, themes, proof, point etc.
∎ Identifying business opportunities in terms of market potential and latent consumer demand.
∎ Coordinating new product development as well as the extension of the existing product range.
∎ Planning and executing all the events of the company.
∎ Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement.
∎ Observing market trends and activities of the competitor brands on various platforms.
∎ Visiting markets and consumer hubs to find out insights about purchase behavior.
∎ Participation in media planning to ensure alignment with a marketing objective.
∎ Involvement in regulatory matters in the relevant cases.
∎ Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market.
∎ Define product strategies and road maps.
∎ Develop sales tools and collaterals.
∎ Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development.
∎ Develop mid-term plan and financial analyses.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and developing creative brief also production of communication materials.
∎ Should be capable of supporting the team in developing marketing plans and writing project proposal.
∎ Should have strong analytical skill and data driven thinking.
∎ Should have strong planning, development, communication (Oral & Written) skill and proficiency in MS suites.
∎ Must be a team player, open to feedback and sharing ideas.
∎ Good knowledge of Power point/ MS Excel must.

Salary: Tk. 75000 - 90000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Provident fund, Insurance
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy.
