Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance
∎ Skills Required: Presentation skill, Report Writing, Very good in English writing and speaking
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Auditing and Reconciling Cash transaction, Company accounts, Bank Statements, Receivables and payable, Organizing monthly Reconciliation, and another internal audit.
∎ Analyses audit results to determine methods for increasing profits and decreasing unnecessary costs.
∎ Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
∎ Prepare audit findings, write audit reports, and develop recommendations.
∎ Prepare different kinds of financial reports on monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
∎ Prepare, organize, and handle Tax, Vat & Joint-stock documents, Tax-Vat reports, and statements.
∎ Taking the responsibility of company's income Tax, TDS and VAT related activities and ensuring timely submission of return. Expected sound knowledge on tax and VAT laws.
∎ Taking the responsibility for report and finance/accounts related day to day affairs (Cash Book, Ledger, Cheque Issue Register, Cheque Receipt Register etc.)
∎ Perform Audit & Inspection activities as per audit program, policy and procedure throughout the business processes of the company.
∎ Conduct investigations to minimize financial losses, reputation and regulatory risks, and operational risk events involving fraud, dishonesty or deliberate breaches of policies or regulations by any business units.
∎ Perform follow-up reviews of Audit & Inspection recommendations and prepare follow-up report.
∎ Analyses audit results to determine methods for increasing profits and decreasing unnecessary costs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ VAT & Tax Management and Process Mapping (SOP development)
Salary: Negotiable
