Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed public or private university.

• At least 10 years

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• At least 3 years’ experience in similar position to work for.

• The applicant should have experience in Woven and Sweater product.

• Commitment, attitude and ability to work as a team.

• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English.

• Ability to work under pressure even for longer working hours.

• Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, internet browsing.

• Develop and maintain washing recipes for denims fabrics.

• Monitor use of chemicals, dyes, enzymes, and auxiliaries to reduce cost.

• The applicant should have experience in European washing, drying, and hydro-extractor machine operation.

• Monitor machine loading, process time, temperature, and pH to achieve consistent wash results.

• Ensure strict shade segregation and prevent batch or shade mixing at all stages.

• Plan, organize and supervise daily washing production activities.

• Monitor wash processes to ensure shade, hand-feel, and finishing consistency.

• Develop and implement efficient washing, finishing, and drying cycles to meet daily production targets and delivery schedules.

• Optimize machine utilization, chemical consumption, and water usage to minimize costs and ensure sustainable practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to washing, dyeing, finishing equipment, and chemical reactions.

• Ensure all washes meet buyer requirements and approved standards.

• Ensure safe chemical handling and proper storage.

• Supervise washing supervisors, operators, and helpers.

• Ensure compliance with factory safety guidelines and environmental standards.

• Maintain records for audits (buyer, compliance, chemical inventory).

• Implement eco-friendly washing practices (water-saving, chemical control, ETP collaboration).

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly washing reports.

• Coordinate with marketing, production, and QA departments.

• As per company policy.
