Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage IATA.
∎ Must have knowledge about reissue, refund, reschedule, fare calculation. And sub ID creation.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Galileo, Sabre and Amadeus.
∎ Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers.
∎ Keeping communication with the corporate clients.
∎ Keeping updated knowledge of Airline's Promotional offers.
∎ Supporting office sales & administration team.
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
∎ Promoting and marketing the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Reservation/ Ticketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent
∎ Proven working Experience as a Reservation & Ticketing Department
∎ Excellent knowledge on Galileo, Sabre and Amadeus.
∎ Must have knowledge about reissue, refund, reschedule, fare calculation. And sub ID
∎ Creation.
∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group).
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
