Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and analyzing market trends.
∎ Studying products and services of the competitors.
∎ Ensure corporate clients visit to increase sales volume by understanding their needs & expectation.
∎ Analyze competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, and product performance of each segment.
∎ Focusing on identifying customers' business challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives.
∎ Maintain strong relations with existing clients.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plans.
∎ Maintain and update customer database.
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries through social media and emails.
∎ Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
∎ Weekly Business meetings with top management and providing market feedback.
∎ Carry Out Other related works assigned by Management.

∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Customer Support/ Client Service, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Guest Relations/ Services, Receptionist/ Front Desk, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Restaurant
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge (Specially MS Excel) English Language proficiency.
∎ Skills Required: CRM Software, Fluent in speaking English, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
