Job Context:
∎ A growing resort development company is looking for Manager/ Asst. Manager-Sales for their organization.
∎ It is developing resorts, 5-star hotels, and clubs in Gazipur, Savar, Srimongol, and Kuakata.
∎ They plan to establish more places and help the country broaden its tourism sector by giving International level service. To grow their business, they are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic Manager/Assistant Manager-Sales who has experience in the Real Estate industry.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop sales plans and strategies that align with the resort's overall objectives.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the resort's products and services.
∎ Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ The incumbent has to visit the potential clients.
∎ Creating new customers to accrue the sales target.
∎ We are building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Have to achieve a monthly sales target.
∎ Develop and implement customer retention strategies to ensure repeat business.
∎ Attend industry events and network with potential customers to expand the resort's customer base.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Real Estate Companies are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to convince clients professionally, acquire knowledge about the product, and have a good grasp of English and Bangla, both verbally and written.
∎ The candidate must be able to move around the city and work remotely to search and hunt for new clients and keep track of potential clients daily
∎ Sound knowledge in computer Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, willing to take initiative, and result oriented.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes under immense pressure.
