- Must have an adaptable attitude toward company culture.
Responsibilities & Context:
Work Station: Globex Corporate HQ (Green Road, Dhaka) + Across the Country (As & When Required).
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the team.
- Lead, coach, and guide team members to achieve individual and collective goals. Analysis of the market regarding the product and providing feedback to the higher management.
- Ensure demand creation of products.
- To support proposal preparation & submission.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Ensure order securing.
- Ensure project planning, preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Ensure order execution. Ensure product demonstration/application.
- Ensure timely and accurate feedback with higher management on operational outcomes.
