Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering/ B. Sc in Information Technology from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The position exist is to accountable for identifying, shaping and delivering a Business Intelligence and Analytics strategy that delivers incremental business benefits using analytics, modelling and BI systems for the business.
∎ The role is responsible for transforming them into a business that differentiates and competes on data driven insight and analytics; enabling the business to optimize their strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform independent performance analysis of product, customer, agent, distributor & merchant behavior to mitigate upcoming risk.
∎ Churn and active customer’s usage and activity analysis to align with business goal.
∎ Develop BI platform to provide advanced analytics such as regression analysis and data science.
∎ Determine the customer’s lifecycle and value to the organization.
∎ Allow management to drive sales force activities.
∎ Maximize revenue opportunities via detailed customer knowledge.
∎ Design and manage underlying data sources to allow quick and efficient data extracts to support business.
∎ Gather report requirement from stakeholders to provide quick and stable reporting solution.
∎ Assist product marketing, sales team in preparation of customer lists for campaigning, ensure appropriate customer segmentation, and validate campaign offerings.
∎ Ensure all requests are captured and managed accurately to ensure no duplication of efforts and all issues are prioritized appropriately.
∎ Support Sales team in customer acquisition through targeting prospects via segmentation.
∎ Cross-check internal and external information sources.
∎ Ensure adoption of consistent process/methodologies/source data (modelling, assumptions, use of external data sources)
∎ Integrate internal / external customer level data to measure / track customer value and transaction behavior (e.g. recency, frequency, SLAs)
∎ Proactively identify actions to capture value (i.e. retain, develop and acquire).
∎ Assist and Report to Head of Department of Revenue Assurance and Business Intelligence.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant 6 years in Business Intelligence
∎ Technical Skill: Python, Oracle/ PostgreySQL, tableau/Power BI, MS word, Excel
∎ Personal Qualities: Teammate, Flexible, Network-builder, able to handle pressure and work in cross-cultural setting
∎ Domain Knowledge: MFS,DFS, Business Intelligence Tool, Banking
∎ Advanced Knowledge in SQL is must, if you have solid industry experience with business intelligence tool will be beneficial.
