Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance of Provident Fund Accounts of the company.
∎ Facilitate with required documents to External Auditor to finalise the statutory audit report.
∎ Facilitate with required documents to Credit Rating Agency to finalise the credit 4. rating of the company.
∎ Preparation and submission of withholding tax return (75A), 108, 108A, monthly TDS return etc.
∎ Assist to tax consultant on preparation of corporate tax return in compliance with income tax law on time.
∎ Assist to tax consultant on administering appeal at different appeal authority.
∎ Coordination with tax authorities and tax consultants for all tax matters.
∎ Facilitate/Arrange necessary documents to tax authority (Tax, VAT) on tax/VAT assessment and appeal.
∎ Prepare/Arrange necessary documents to submit before the RJSC and Bank.
∎ Monitoring that the deduction of TDS, VDS from vendors' invoices properly on a monthly basis and deposit to the government treasury.
∎ Ensure to provide TDS, VDS certificates against deduction from parties.
∎ Ensuring payment of Company's Quarterly Advance Tax.
∎ Implementation of tax planning ideas in order to minimize tax liability.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
∎ Must be needed working experience on accounting software.
