Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting/ Finance from any public University, Chartered Accountant, Part qualified Chartered Accountants from ICAB or ICAEW. The position will be offered according to qualification and experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Financial Statement, Costing, Operating Costing, Reporting, annual and Segment Budget and Forecast cash flow within a target time;
∎ Up to date accounts i.e Fleet, Rout/ sector wise income & Expenditure;
∎ Prepare report monthly Sales, Direct and Indirect Expenditure, revenue.
∎ Analyze and advice Expenditure reduction areas;
∎ Communicate & co-ordinate with operation level controlling personnels regularly;
∎ Check for any changes in fuel consumption patterns.
∎ Verify garage repair and maintenance work and bill.
∎ Manage Cash flow of organization;
∎ Monitoring routine jobs like voucher entry, bill processing, timely party payments etc.;
∎ Liaison with various Govt. offices, Banks Insurance and others related to accounts department;
∎ Check accuracy salary disbursement, bills, vouchers, party payment, etc;
∎ Develop Internal Control;
∎ Through knowledge all financial issues relation to the Transport operation;
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 8 years of practical and related field experience in a large Transport organization.
∎ Age 35 to 45 Years.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English and Bangla;
∎ Excellent Analytical expertise;
∎ Target oriented and hard working.
