Job Context:

• Must have leading experience in Group of Companies Quality issues.

Job Responsibilities:· 

• Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies procedures and systems pertaining to QA/ QC.

• Establish Quality Management System (QMS) as per customer demand.

• Lead the team and ensuring accountability to the top management.

• Ensure Quality in the whole process up to Shipment in a Garment.

• Need to take lead on Quality & Technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management.

• Ensure AQL as per Buyer/Customer requirements.   

• Maintaining liaison with merchandising and production department and making the plan to ensure maximum quality.

• Train up to Quality person about QA Standard as per Buyer/Customer requirements.

• To make plan to minimize rejection and communicate with production department·

• To handle Buyers QA during their final inspection and during floor visit.

• To handle the Technical audit.

• Other task will be assigned by the Management.
