• Relevant experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or MIS in a washing plant

• Strong understanding of washing plant production processes

• Familiarity with inventory costing methods and valuation techniques

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify cost drivers and efficiency opportunities

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.

• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead expenses.

• Identify cost drivers and trends to support decision-making for optimizing operational efficiency.

• Monitor budget execution, track variances, and prepare timely reports for management.

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accurate cost projections.

• Implement and maintain effective inventory costing methods.

• Regularly review and update inventory valuation for accurate production cost reporting.

• Prepare financial reports related to factory operations, including cost analysis, variance reports, and budget adherence.

• Provide insights on financial performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Department Head.
