Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major job responsibilities of the position includes:
∎ Make effective communication with dealer for current & future order development.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of the quality products at buyers end.
∎ Knowledge about Steel and cement will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience will be required for this position.
∎ Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing dealer.
∎ Communicate and develop strong network with clients for maintaining long term business relationship.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):- Steel & Cement
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on Steel and cement sector.
∎ The candidate should have the capacity to maintain effective relation with existing/new buyers.
∎ Should have proven Leadership & coordination skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and have excellent negotiation skills
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.
∎ Good communication skill in both English & Bengali.
∎ Strong interpersonal and time management skill
∎ Good computer knowledge in ms office, Excel.
