• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Must have experience in Knit Composite Garments

• Strong knowledge of Customs laws, rules, compliance and regulatory affairs

• Customs clearance and duty assessment

• Customs audit preparation and response

• Should have effective business relationship with Commerce Ministry, EPB & different government bodies for performing jobs effectively

A renowned 100 % export based Knit Composite Garments is looking for potential candidates as Manager / AGM for performing Customs Bond related job activities at its Head office, Gulshan, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities

• All kinds of Customs Bond activities: (Manage Bond License, Yearly Audit, Lien Bank Addition, In-bond, Ex-bond, UP, UD, New Machine Addition, Capacity Increase etc.

• Liaison with Customs Bond Commissionerate, BIDA, BTMA, BEPZA, EPB, BKMEA BGMEA office, and all other required offices.

• Monitoring and timely renewal of all bond-related licenses (Trade License, IRC, ERC, BIDA, Membership Certificate, and bond license etc).

• Prepare yearly import/export customs statements.

• Prepare PRC for the Bank Follow up on compliance issues in the factory regarding bond and export items.

• Adequate Knowledge of H.S. Code, L/C Clauses, PSI, Customs and bonded warehouse matter, Custom Audit, UP, UD etc.

• Effective liaison and regular communication with the bond office to ensure seamless bond-related business progress.

• Issuance of Bank Guarantee, N.O.C from the bond customs if required release the import consignment.
