∎ We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual for immediate appointment, who will look after the operations of Advance Travel Planner Ltd. (ATPL).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Corporate Clients & organize business trips/packages for home & abroad.
∎ Process Visa for individuals & Group Tours.
∎ Develop plans for product marketing & promotion and execute the plan accordingly.
∎ Sound knowledge on worldwide destinations, tours, accommodation, flights etc.
∎ Build and maintain a strong relationship with the customers.
∎ Ensure reservation & ticketing according to customers' requirements for Airlines, Hotel & Other Packages.
∎ Operate Galileo, Abacus and reservation systems
∎ Tour planning, Operation on Inbound & outbound
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
∎ Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc.)
∎ Create and update electronic records of client
∎ Ability to manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Must be able to meet monthly sales targets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Competent in MS Office & software operation.
∎ Able to work extended working hours and under pressure.
