- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic ERP tools.
- Ability to multitask, maintain deadlines, and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Job Purpose
The Manager, Admin will oversee and manage all administrative operations of the organization, ensuring seamless support across facilities, procurement, logistics, office management, and compliance.
This role demands a highly organized professional with strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills who can maintain operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction through effective administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
- Supervise day-to-day office management, logistics, and general administrative functions.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of office premises and equipment.
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, and inventory control for administrative supplies.
Compliance & Governance
- Maintain company compliance with local regulations, licenses, and renewals.
- Coordinate with government and non-government authorities for required documentation.
- Ensure safety, security, and emergency protocols are updated and implemented.
People & Process Management
- Lead, train, and monitor the admin team for efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with HR for employee engagement, attendance, and welfare initiatives.
- Develop and implement SOPs for administrative operations and continuous improvement.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and monitor administrative budgets, ensuring cost optimization.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors and service providers.
Event & Facility Management
- Support organizational events, meetings, and internal communication logistics.
- Oversee space planning, seating arrangements, and resource allocation for departments.
