Job Context:
∎ HRC, a leading blue chip conglomerate of Bangladesh, invites applications from Experienced, energetic, self motivated & Dynamic Professional for the post of "Manager - Accounts" for its Lighting Division in Dhaka Office.
∎ Ensure accounting accuracy in all transactions entered into the system and ensure the same is posted before month-end.
∎ Planning/ handling experience of Accounts & Finance Department individually : YES
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to run the Finance & Accounts Department independently;
∎ Monitoring, implementation of the Budgetary Control System;
∎ Responsible for preparation of weekly & monthly cash/fund flow statements;
∎ Responsible for preparation of periodical/annual Financial Statements of the Company;
∎ Prepare product wise costing, budget and periodical variance analysis;
∎ Prepare periodic budgets with proper planning and cost analysis to ensure cost minimization upon following Standard Costing Procedure;
∎ Presentation of Finance /Accounts related reports to the Top Management;
∎ Oversee maintenance of vouchers & Books of Accounts of the Company;
∎ Oversee and check all kinds of financial transaction/ activities of the Company;
∎ Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls mechanism;
∎ Prepare, guide all annual VAT, TAX & AIT related papers/documents;
∎ Handling salary & all kinds of employee's payment by maintaining confidentiality;
∎ Handling all kinds of L/C related works, Banking and insurance function;
∎ Maintain VAT deduction at Source (VDS) & Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) process;
∎ Must have the ability to communicate with Bank, C&F agents & Shipping Lines;
∎ Finalizations of all bills and maintain record of L/C files and product costing;
∎ Oversee cost management function and preparation of L/C & Product wise Cost Sheet;
∎ Prepare periodical budgets for factory with proper planning and cost analysis to ensure cost minimization upon following Standard Costing Procedure;
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge to build, train and lead the team of Accounts Dept;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Tax Law, VAT Law;
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of Strategic Planning , Costing & Accounting;
∎ The applicants should have 7(seven) years working experience in a Manufacturing unit under a Group of Companies as Manager- Accounts;
∎ Should have good Interpersonal Communication skills;
∎ Should be honest, hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated;
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure;
∎ Computer Literacy with Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing are essential;
∎ Good command in English & Bangla Language;
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame;
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers;
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members;
