Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting & Finance
∎ CA CC with Knowledge Level or Partly qualified
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Audit
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check & verify all transactions before entry in the ledger; check money receipt, bill, voucher, daily expenses, etc.
∎ Responsible for reconciling all bank accounts and cashbooks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
∎ Ensure that ledgers and bank statements are Reconciled on regular basis
∎ Ensure that all financial records are maintained according to company requirements including bank receipts, invoices, bank vouchers, bank statements, petty cash vouchers, stock register, Profit & Loss Statement etc.
∎ Ensure preparation of monthly payroll and staff salary
∎ Maintain Payable & Receivable Balance for monthly reconciliation
∎ Ensure on time and appropriate record keeping of all transactions, LC transaction, etc
∎ Reconciliation of export & import transactions
∎ Prepare financial statements and other financial reports like accounting ledger, trial balance, project summary, receipt and payment statement, balance sheet, income statement, and related accounting statements & reports.
∎ Co-operate with both external and Internal Audit team
∎ To perform any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The candidate should have experience in any private sector for 2-5 years. The candidate should be articulate, with a good command of English, should be personable, adaptable, and also takes initiative.
