Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ ICAB/ ACCA/ ICMAB (Qualified or Part Qualified)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ICAB,ACCA,ICMAB
∎ Skills Required: Audit, Financial Reporting, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Group of Companies, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Managing Director of the company for all concern of the company related works and his personal tax & director personal tax, project verification, bank related correspondence & others issues as need.
∎ Assist Company Tax Return, Advance Tax related documents preparing related suggestions.
∎ Assist the CFO/Head of Finance & Accounts for preparing & maintaining company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, Profit and Loss account, Tax and VAT management etc.
∎ Preparation Budgeted & Actual Accounts for Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly.
∎ Assist & contribute the departmental head to prepare company wise budget and Monthly variance analyses.
∎ Maintain and administration retail-chain related all accounts work.
∎ Ensure proper implementation & functioning of financial policies & procedures of the company.
∎ Supervising and assisting and guiding the team for managing the overall activities of accounting and financial function's, procurement and co-ordination of different functional line such as Supply chain Dept., Sales dept., Marketing Dept.
∎ Monitor, supervise & guide the team members for timely preparation of Reconciliation Statements related to finance & accounts.
∎ Provide different types reports to the management regarding as required.
∎ Ensure the reconciliation of sales & collection on regular basis.
∎ Interact with Internal & External Auditors time to time.
∎ Analyze monthly MIS and appropriate communication to Management.
∎ Perform any other task from Managing Director as assigned by the supervisor & the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Applicants must have 2 years of Experience in same position.
∎ Skilled on Accounting transactions and Software (ERP, Tally).
∎ Good understanding on Regulatory Compliance requirements.
∎ Computer skill is a must, working knowledge of Microsoft office
