∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional qualification CA (CC/Level-1 Complete).
∎ Preferred Professional Certificate: ITP
∎ Training/Trade Course: Accounting Software,tax
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting Software, Accounts, Bank management, Finance, Tax and VAT

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced in Accounts & Finance for the planning, implementing, managing and running of all the Accounts & finance activities of the company.
∎ Analyze and make recommendations on organization internal reporting in order to best respond to the needs of key Management.
∎ Preparation of budget variance report
∎ Analyzing key financial data and advising senior management on strategic planning.
∎ Preparing financial reports and budgets, as well as controlling and forecasting income and expenditure.
∎ Overseeing accounting procedures and supervising junior staffs
∎ Manage timely completion of month-end financial close.
∎ Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements based on applicable laws, regulations and accounting standards .
∎ Ensure that all books of accounts (Cash Book, ledger, journal etc.) are maintained at full up-to-date condition all times.
∎ Develop the finance team to be able to apply and execute financial policy and accounting procedure manual.
∎ Independently lead and manage the Accounts Department to ensure daily accounting work in an efficient manner.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records with respect to income tax-related issues, TDS, VDS, VAT & AIT & other hearing-related documents.
∎ Identify and mitigate tax risks as well as review the Audited Financial Statements in the light of Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 with a view to reduce the disallowances.
∎ Lead and direct budgeting process.
∎ Develop management reporting/ analytical tools/ key indicators for accounts and finance section.
∎ Supervising Day to Day activities of the financial function of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Audit, Cash Management, Finance, Internal Audit, Strategic Planning, Tax .
∎ Familiar with latest VAT related ordinances, rules, regulation and practices.
∎ Excellent Knowledge of MS office & Tally ERP9.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Should have stress tolerance, formal presentation, and team leadership skill and should be proactive.
∎ Ability to present complex data in order to facilitate analysis and decision-making.

Salary: Negotiable
