Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ • CA professionals will be given more pirority
∎ • Applicant should have knowledge in following areas ( Accounting & finance, costing, banking, vat tax, Fund Management, Budgeting)
∎ • Should have knowledge in ERP Tally software.
∎ • Must have proper knowledge in cost management.
∎ • Should have proper computer skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Daily Payment Budget and Payment Schedule.
∎ Daily Sales & Collection Monitoring
∎ Credit Control.
∎ Monthly & Yearly Closing of Branch & Agency.
∎ Montly Budget Vairance Report.
∎ Prepare Monthly Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement
∎ Bank Reconciliation Statement.
∎ Daily & Monthly Sales Reconciliation With CMS & MMS Software.
∎ Monthly Branch Expenses Voucher Checking and posting to Tally Software
∎ Maintain Bill Recivable and Bills Payable
∎ Monthly Agency Commission Checking and Posting to Tally Software. .
∎ Daily & Monthly all kinds of Expenses checking with Budget..
∎ Monitoring Revenue team .
∎ Daily Revenue checking & Posting to Tally.
∎ Preparation of all kind of accounting reports, presentations as per management requirement
∎ Provide support to Income Tax Advisor.
∎ Knowledge for bank A/C handling.
∎ Follow up of Receive & Payment Accounts
∎ Internal Audit to All Branch .
∎ Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings.
∎ Any work assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
