Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ CACC/ ICMA / ACCA qualified will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out Financial management, including financial planning and budget control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts function including month and Year-end process.
∎ Prepare all financial statements & reports to meet the requirement of internal audit and external audit.
∎ Prepare all kinds of financial statements & reports that are related to day to day business operations.
∎ Involve in formulation of various systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of the company.
∎ Budgeting, forecasting, costs & credit control through costs record, determining material costs, labor cost, factory overhead and work in progress, margin analysis, profitability analysis and management reporting on production and efficiency variances
∎ Submit monthly business result with variance analysis.
∎ Analyze various scenarios & risks and report to top management.
∎ Look after the banking, export, import related documents and procedures, VAT, AIT, Customs etc.
∎ Lead and coordinate successful completion and closing of external and any other compliance audit.
∎ Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
∎ Focus on cost saving, efficiency programs, Product profitability and Investment Analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6 year(s) experience in a composite garments factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounting and Finance, Corporate Finance, VAT and Tax
∎ Strong knowledge in financial accounting with an understanding of factory operational processes.
∎ Professional experience from Audit firms will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
∎ Strong analytical and organizational skills.
