Educational Requirements:
∎ 1. M.Com/MBA major in Accounting or Finance from any reputed institution.
∎ 2. CA CC/Part qualified CA (knowledge level)/CMA part qualified

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): a)Public listed manufacturing concern

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the process of financial forecasting and budgeting and oversee all financial decisions.
∎ Preparation of all financial reporting and suggest methods to reduce costs.
∎ Establishing and developing relations with senior Management of external partners like Auditors, BSEC, DSE, NBR, Customs & VAT office, Financial Institution etc.
∎ Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/Managing Director on financial and Company affair matters to improve financial performance.
∎ Advising Management on long-term business and financial planning.
∎ Identify and address potential financial risk for the Company.
∎ Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Company’s financial statements and full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statement.
∎ Prepare Tax Returns and ensure compliance with local tax & VAT laws and regulations.
∎ Manage the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and payroll.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies and procedures.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
