Responsibilities & Context:
Assist Chinese Management team to co-ordinate with Bangladesh team.
Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
