Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the following Post in the field of well-established Garments Industries at their head office in Dhaka:
∎ The candidate has to minimum commerce graduate along with CACC or Masters`s in any discipline in commerce. The candidate has to be capable to run the accounting department independently along with four associates. The right candidate minimum of 5(five) years of experience in this are requested for the said post
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planned, organize, and direct all the activities of the accounting function.
∎ Manage day-to-day operations of the existing accounting-related job.
∎ Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results and report to the management for decision-making.
∎ Collect and coordinate reports from functional departments and report in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
∎ All financial reporting to zonal management Head Office finance and accounts department.
∎ Supervising the zonal accounts team and following up on their daily work.
∎ Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all assets.
∎ Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
∎ Able to make a yearly budget
