Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Finance & Accounting/ BBA/MBA/CA from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all financial transactions, including bills, receipts and payments are recorded in time in the ledger.
∎ Record all transactions in the software of the company.
∎ Ensure on-time and appropriate record keeping of all transactions.
∎ Check & verify all transactions before entry in the ledger; check money receipt, bill, voucher, daily expenses, etc.
∎ Ensure that ledgers and bank statements are Reconciled on regular basis.
∎ Ensure that all financial records are maintained according to company requirements including bank receipts.
∎ Advise and report all relevant matters to Accounts Management.
∎ Prepare Financial Statement & Balance Sheet; approve requisition summary, and disbursement note.
∎ Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required.
∎ Analyzing financial information in order to identify discrepancies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be well expert in Microsoft excel.
∎ Must have knowledge of Tally Accounting Software.
∎ Should know both Bangla and English typing.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Management skill
∎ Minimum 5 years experience of working in Finance/Accounts department
