Job Context:
∎ BETELCO (Manufacturing Electric machineries in the power sector) require experienced personnel in the following fields for its expansion program. Applications are hereby invited Head Office for the following position:
∎ MANAGER (ACCOUNTS & FINANCE) OF ELECTRICAL TRANSFORMER & SUBSTATION MANUFACTURER COMPANY.
∎ Job Location: Work at Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision over day to day works of whole Accounts and Finance Department
∎ Maintaining all Bank related works (Loan, advance, Bank guarantees & others) & communication with Financial Institute
∎ Costing of Imported Materials & all production/Service Items
∎ Preparing monthly, yearly (VAT, TAX & all financial) reports & statements required by Top management.
∎ Preparing and posting billing invoice, party invoice & payment, Govt. challan, payroll entries, LC invoices (LC related all works) and other accounting documents.
∎ Updating Debtors & Creditors Balance, Also calculation of sale commission
∎ Issue Delivery Order after checking payment terms & collection
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power Sector/ Engineering Firms/ Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)/ Industrial Machineries (Generator/ Diesel Engine) etc.
