Educational Requirements:
∎ M Com/ MBA Accounting/ Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepared monthly, quarterly & Yearly Financial Statement & management Account.
∎ Preparation of annual budget, post budget and variance analysis.
∎ Coordination and Supervision of financial & statutory audit as per International Auditing Standards (ISA) as adopted in Bangladesh.
∎ Ensure proper recording of all sorts of accounting transactions of the company.
∎ Keep liaison with banks and financial institutions regarding financial issues of the company.
∎ Ensure all payment processing with proper deductions as per Govt. rules.
∎ Preparing & processing of necessary papers and documents for L/C opening.
∎ Related to retirement of L/C documents.
∎ To initiate and follow up at different stages of activities required for import such as overseas, supplier, local agent, shipment, bank, insurance,
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect to Income tax and VAT.
∎ Ensure timely deposit of VAT to the VAT current A/C of all business units through proper treasury challan and withholding tax return submitted in Tax office in time.
∎ Preparation of product costing.
∎ Prepared L/C costing & posting all kinds of L/C related expense.
∎ Data posting in Accounts inventory ERP 9 software.
∎ Tax hearing documents prepared.
∎ Fixed asset processing and reporting.
∎ Maintain and reconcile bank Accounts.
∎ Proper documentation for internal accounts.
∎ Monitor all the activities of team members on daily basis.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
∎ Audit Branch Offices & Dealer Office.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years Job experience with minimum 05 years' experience in Cement Industries.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts and Finance.
∎ Extension Knowledge in Computer.
∎ Flute in English Operation.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly.
∎ As per Company rules.
