Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Jarun,Konabari,Gazipur.
∎ Sound knowledge in SAP software and Barcode get preference.
∎ Must have knowledge in IT.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bank voucher checking, calculation with reconcile.
∎ BTB L/C wise bank acceptance and non-acceptance L/C checking with follow up & record maintain.
∎ Export document collect with commercial dept. and bank, all documents check and value ensure & documents submit to bank (follow Up) in SAP software.
∎ Account receivable and payable follow up with record & excel sheet maintain (Bank & SAP).
∎ Checking all posted vouchers, interest and EDF loan, time loan, PC loan, documents purchase loan & others loan.
∎ All loan statement calculation and maintain with follow up.
∎ Monthly Financial budget, Sales budget, Production budget prepared.
∎ Maintenance all budget & Financial Overhead cost follow up.
∎ Monthly cash inflow and outflow statement prepared.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in asset accounting & cost accounting.
∎ Reviewing and updating financial policies & procedures, ensure proper implementation & function of performing documents.
∎ Set up and enforce proper accounting methods, polices & principles.
∎ Have to create all loan with adjustment, repayment and reschedule.
∎ Checking all statement in SAP Ledger with bank portfolio, all marginal account reconciles and CD account reconcile (L/C, Loan entry only), disposal account reconcile and report time to time to Management.
∎ Contract lien value against BTB L/C and regularly follow up payment invoice wise (buyer).
∎ Must have knowledge about Master L/C, sales contract, BTB L/C, cash L/C.
∎ Master LC report checking in SAP.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Working experience in Knit Garments/Textile.
∎ Works well as a team member or independently.
∎ Software proficiency is needed.
∎ Sound knowledge in SAP software and Barcode get preference.
∎ Must have knowledge in Export & Import related work.

Salary: Negotiable
