Accounts, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Building Glass Work, Finance/ Accounts, Glass Fabrication, Steel Rolling Mill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and administer all factory account activities related to Steel & Re-Rolling plant
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of petty cash expenses and bank reconciliation to provide payments on time
∎ Review landed cost movement of each incoming material and packing material
∎ Ensure all bills, vouchers are recorded & posted on ERP software properly & timely.
∎ Analyze inventory movement with aging (fast-moving, non-moving and obsolete, etc)
∎ Monitor monthly production quality control reports and analyze the trend
∎ Analyze daily outbound logistic movement and check & measure delivery efficiency
∎ Prepare different kinds of financial reports on monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
∎ Prepare repair & maintenance cost analysis report and do variance analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Practical Experience in Microsoft Office and Accounting software i.e. ERP
∎ Practical knowledge in IAS(International Accounting System)/ IFRS (International Financial Reporting System), Company Act, Vat & Tax and Accounting Principles
∎ Sound Interpersonal Skill
∎ Good command over in English both in writing & speaking
∎ Report writing and Presentation Skills
