Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: IATA, Sabre, Amadues, Galileo, Biman Bangladesh etc.
∎ Training/Trade Course: IATA, Sabre, Amadues, Galileo, Biman Bangladesh etc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Airlines, GDS, Travel Agency, Travel management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge of IATA (Full procedure of IATA Certification)
∎ Preparation of IATA documents, Keeping records, Updating files, prepare reports & submitting reports to IATA on regular basis.
∎ IATA certified candidates/ auditors will be given preference.
∎ IATA Certified Auditor can apply for this post.
∎ Any other certification from Biman Bangladesh, Amadeus,Galileo, Sabre, etc. will be given preference.
∎ Accounts, Monitoring of licenses documentation update and renew, Cash Management,
∎ Internal Audit, tax (VAT/Customs Duty/Income tax) Finance.
∎ Excellent planning abilities with proficiency in business communication.
∎ Strong leadership quality with interpersonal skills.
∎ Prepare all kinds of vouchers such as -Cash Disbursement voucher, journal voucher, cash receipt, voucher etc.
∎ Maintain cash book , bank book , subsidiary ledger of bills receivable and bills payable
∎ Check and ensure that all inventories purchased are in balance with accounts payable on weekly/bi-monthly/Monthly basis.
∎ Check and confirm monthly sale base, payment base vat, AIT, TDS current a/cs, etc.
∎ To ensure deduction of vat, taxes etc. From bills of the supplies/contractors, deduction of employees income tax and deposit the same in respective govt. account in time.
∎ Petty cash management , advance and IUO management
∎ Cash purchase management and verification of expenses.
∎ Monitoring and analysis of payroll, salary, and wages
∎ Monitor and supervise purchase related accounting activities such supplier's bill provisioning, suppliers payments, advance adjustments, and checking cost related bills/vouchers.
∎ Inventory management and monitoring office overhead expense.
∎ Conversant with Commercial accounts and MIS.
