Operations, Reservation/ Ticketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR, issuing and reissuing ticket using GDS (Galileo/ Sabre/ Amadeus).
∎ Building Relationship with Airlines and Corporate Customers.
∎ Ability to manage corporate clients. Attend meetings & brief sessions at corporate clients.
∎ Run & Train the Team for Customer Support & Service
∎ Monitor Customer Support Team Members for Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
∎ Monitor Customer Support Team Members for Respond to client query through phone, email, social media, online & in person.
∎ Keep sales records & report sales information monthly. Achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Experienced candidates will get preference.
∎ Design & Develop Foreign Tour Packages.
∎ Follow-up VISA Processing & Air Ticketing.
∎ Capable of handling the tour related accounts
∎ Counseling with clients to choose a better destination.
∎ Describing the sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients. Book hotels, excursions, transfers using booking engines
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Visa Processing, Reservation/ Ticketing, visa & tour Packages.
∎ Must have experience as an IATA travel agent. Knowledge in ticketing/reservation, visa & tour Packages (Inbound & outbound) process, etc.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy.
