Airlines, Customer Service, IATA, online travel agency, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Guide, Travel Agent, Visa Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good command on email correspondence and writing/speaking in English
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR, issuing and reissuing ticket using GDS (Galileo/ Sabre/ Amadeus).
∎ Building Relationship with Airlines and Corporate Customers.
∎ Ability to manage corporate clients and dealing with customer queries and complaints.
∎ Respond to client query through phone, email, social media, online & in person.
∎ Achieve monthly sales target and reporting.
∎ Experienced candidates will get preference.
∎ Good knowledge of VISA Processing & Air Ticketing.
∎ Capable of handling the tour related accounts
∎ Counseling with clients to choose a better destination.
∎ Describing the sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients. Book hotels, excursions, transfers using booking engines
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
