Salary: Tk. 75000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Transport Service, Transportation

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
• Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting

• MBA/M. Com/MBS in Accounting from any reputed university. Candidates with a CA degree (or partly qualified) will be given preference.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Transport Service, Transportation

• Age At most 45 years

• Experience: At least 10 years of progressive and relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in the accounts/finance department of the following business areas: automobile or transport industry.

Other Requirements:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team.

• Good command of accounting software, MS Excel and ERP systems.

• Sound understanding of Bangladesh Tax & VAT laws.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Ensure compliance with the government policies, tax regulations, and internal policies of the company.

• Prepare the annual budget and implementation plan.

• Identify the cost overrun and develop the controlling mechanism.

• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.

• Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure efficiency.

• Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required.

• Ensure timely submission of VAT, Tax, and other statutory reports.

• Implement process improvements for better financial control and reporting.
